• 2¼ cups (225 g) cake flour or bleached all purpose flour
• ¾ cup (150 g) sugar
• 1½ cups (360 ml) cold heavy cream
• 3 large eggs, at room temperature
• 2 tsp baking powder
• ¾ tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
